Your Role
- Drive sales and distribution in mainstream retail chains, independent retailers, and foodservice clients.
- Manage and collaborate with distributors to achieve annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Plan and analyze trade promotions, monitor pricing trends, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Provide timely market insights, data analysis, and project updates to management.
Must Have
- University degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
- 2β3 yearsβ experience in FMCG, distributor management, and trade marketing.
- Fluent in German and English; permission to work in Germany.
- Full European driving license; flexibility for travel and occasional weekend work.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Passion for food and cooking β knowledge of Chinese cuisine is a plus!
