Your Role

  • Drive sales and distribution in mainstream retail chains, independent retailers, and foodservice clients.
  • Manage and collaborate with distributors to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Plan and analyze trade promotions, monitor pricing trends, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Provide timely market insights, data analysis, and project updates to management.


Must Have

  • University degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
  • 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG, distributor management, and trade marketing.
  • Fluent in German and English; permission to work in Germany.
  • Full European driving license; flexibility for travel and occasional weekend work.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for food and cooking – knowledge of Chinese cuisine is a plus!
