Accountabilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals across SMB hospitality accounts in the European market.
- Develop and execute targeted account strategies to identify, pursue, and convert new revenue opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients, including hotels, groups, venues, and conference centers.
- Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and lead commercial discussions through to successful closure.
- Collaborate closely with the BDR team to optimize outreach efforts and ensure strong pipeline development.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, with occasional travel as required.
- Continuously monitor market opportunities and contribute insights to refine the regional sales strategy.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally within the hospitality tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Experience using a consultative or solution-selling approach in complex B2B sales environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first, and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (German preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
