We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our growing team, focusing on winning new clients across the technology sector across the UK and Europe.
This is a 180 role, meaning your primary focus will be on client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation, with a dedicated delivery function available to support and fulfil the roles you bring into the business.
The Role
- Proactively win and develop new client relationships within the tech market
- Identify hiring needs and position our services as a trusted Global Recruitment partner
- Manage the full sales cycle — outreach → meetings → signed terms → live roles
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure successful placement outcomes
- Work to a £300k annual billing target
Working Schedule
- Fully remote
- UK working hours
- 1 day per month in office (end-of-month team meeting & performance review)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (tech sector preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset and target-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Passion for the technology market and building long-term partnerships
