The RoleWe are appointing a full-time Business Development Executive to represent Bio Future Additives across the Netherlands and the Benelux region (Belgium & Luxembourg).
This role focuses on developing commercial partnerships with:
• Textile manufacturers
• Polymer producers
• Packaging companies
• Brands & retailers
• Supply chain stakeholders seeking scalable sustainability solutions
You will act as a key commercial representative, clearly articulating how our technology:
• Eliminates microplastics
• Preserves recyclability
• Regenerates plastics and textiles into biomass
• Supports ESG and sustainability targets
You will collaborate closely with Bio Future Additives’ international Commercial and Business Development leadership across LATAM, the U.S., Asia, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Netherlands & Benelux
• Engage directly with senior decision-makers from manufacturers, brands, and converters
• Present Bio Future Additives’ technology using approved commercial materials
• Build, qualify, and progress high-value commercial relationships
• Capture and hand over qualified opportunities to the internal team
• Coordinate strategically with Bio Future Additives global leadership
• Support regional growth and long-term partnerships

Ideal Candidate Profile• Based in The Netherlands or Benelux region
• Fluent in Dutch and English (additional European languages advantageous)
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles
• Strong network in textiles, plastics, packaging, or manufacturing industries
• Strategic, credible, and confident communicator
• Passionate about sustainability and climate-positive innovation
