The Role
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Director to generate new revenue, build strategic relationships, and close experiential and immersive technology projects.
This is a hunter-closer role for someone who thrives on building pipeline, managing opportunities, presenting high-impact capabilities, and winning complex deals. You will:
· Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, events, CRM, and strategic outreach
· Own and manage the full sales funnel from discovery to close
· Present Inhance capabilities to senior decision-makers
· Travel to trade shows, conferences, and in-person meetings
· Lead proposal development in collaboration with creative and technical teams
· Negotiate scope, pricing, and contracts
· Expand select existing client accounts
· Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
AI-Enabled Sales Mindset
We are building a modern, AI-forward sales organization. The ideal candidate embraces and leverages AI-driven tools for:
· Prospecting and lead enrichment
· Sales automation and CRM optimization

Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in experiential, digital agency, immersive tech, or SaaS sales
· Proven track record of generating $1M+ in annual revenue
· Experience closing six-figure, solution-based deals
· Strong executive presence and presentation skills
· Comfortable selling complex, custom technical solutions
· CRM fluency and data-driven sales management
· Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings
Bonus:
· Experience in AR/VR/XR, simulation, interactive installations, or emerging tech
· Existing network within brand marketing, experiential agencies, or innovation teams
· Participate in industry tradeshows, events, and other networking opportunities.

Compensation
