We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Associate to help us grow. If you have around 3 years of experience in lead generation, pipeline building, and outbound engagement — and you love connecting with people — this is your chance to make an impact. 


Job Requirements

  • Around 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation — ideally in tech or consulting.
  • Strong LinkedIn outreach and communication skills.
  • Confidence in building relationships and starting conversations with new contacts.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipelines.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for learning about AI and cloud technologies.
  • Interest in solutioning and deal strategy, with a desire to grow into more consultative sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, events, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and manage pipelines using CRM tools to track progress and forecast opportunities.
  • Attend industry events to represent Firemind, network, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and target the right audiences.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce Firemind’s solutions.
  • Support solutioning efforts by working with technical teams to shape tailored proposals.
  • Contribute to deal conversion by qualifying leads, supporting pitch preparation, and helping close opportunities.
