Job Title: Business Development Associate– eLearning

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to engage prospective clients through outreach, meetings, and proposal development.
- Generate and nurture new leads into active opportunities using various channels.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline, and alignment with offerings.
- Conduct discovery calls and schedule product demos or solution consultations.
- Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers and Sales Directors to transition qualified leads.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.
- Represent the company at webinars, conferences, and industry networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and sales opportunities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the eLearning industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, resilient, and goal-driven.
