As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting digital transformation. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with technical teams to develop innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the strategy, challenges, and operational realities of the business sector to guide IT teams in developing effective and innovative solutions that meet strategic goals.
- Identify the alignment between business needs and data requirements.
- Translate business user requirements into clear specifications for development teams, especially regarding complex business rules, metrics, and data quality issues.
- Build and maintain a detailed view of data quality using various tools.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at improving data quality, governance, availability, and accessibility, ensuring alignment with existing data management practices.
- Analyze processes and propose improvements to enhance data quality.
- Collaborate with data managers, solution architects, data architects, and data modelers.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the data roadmap for the business sector.
Profile Sought
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a data business analyst.
- Strong understanding of data architecture fundamentals, data modeling, and data quality.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data quality or data management tool (e.g., Ataccama, Collibra).
- Proactive and autonomous.
