Compensation Range: CAD $50 – $90 per hour

Overview

We are offering a comprehensive Business Analyst Training & Placement Program designed for professionals looking to start or transition into Business Analysis roles within the Canadian IT and enterprise market.

Participants gain hands-on exposure to enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, and Data platforms, preparing them to support digital transformation, system implementations, and business process improvement initiatives across industries including banking, healthcare, retail, telecom, and public sector.

Core Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and User Stories
  • Develop process flows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
  • Support system implementation, enhancements, and integration initiatives
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners throughout the SDLC
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and release activities
  • Support data analysis, reporting requirements, and validation efforts
  • Maintain requirement traceability matrices (RTM) and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Assist in UAT coordination and stakeholder sign-off processes
