Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
- Act as a liaison between business users and development/QA teams
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
- Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM)
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
