Role Overview
You will lead business analysis for a global New Claims Management System implementation within a complex, multinational insurance environment. The role focuses on shaping requirements, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the new platform supports end‑to‑end commercial claims processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive requirements gathering, process mapping, and detailed use case development for global claims operations.
- Analyse current and target-state commercial insurance claims workflows, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology and delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops with global stakeholders across underwriting, claims, operations, and IT.
- Support solution design, data mapping, integration needs, and system validation.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, operational, and global business standards.
- Act as a senior advisor throughout delivery, supporting testing, change management, and adoption.
Required Experience
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst in insurance, with deep expertise in claims and commercial lines.
- Proven track record in large-scale, complex transformation programmes.
- Strong capability in requirements engineering, process modelling, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Based in Netherlands OR Poland
