Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions using Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and optimize data models, DAX queries, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
- Develop PowerApps applications and workflow automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage data integration and governance using Dataverse and ensure consistency across enterprise data sources.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Support continuous improvement of data processes, reporting frameworks, and automation capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience developing business intelligence or data analytics solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, and DAX.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI development, data modeling, and dashboard design.
- Experience working with Dataverse, including data modeling, integration, and governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, analytics principles, and reporting best practices.
- Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint development (SPFx, REST API), or Azure-based data platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Competitive salary ranging from approximately $119,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
