About The Role

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, documented, and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Support project lifecycle activities — from planning and testing to deployment and post-implementation review.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to capture insights and priorities.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and recommending data-driven solutions.
  • Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Work within Agile or Waterfall delivery frameworks depending on project needs.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 0–8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role (junior to mid-level applicants welcome).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as:
    • JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.
    • MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or Lucidchart).
    • SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
