Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Support project lifecycle activities — from planning and testing to deployment and post-implementation review.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to capture insights and priorities.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Work within Agile or Waterfall delivery frameworks depending on project needs.
- 0–8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role (junior to mid-level applicants welcome).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Working knowledge of tools such as:
- JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or Lucidchart).
- SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (desirable but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
