Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, product, operations)
- Create process models, workflows, and business documentation
- Support project delivery by participating in Agile/Scrum activities
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Assist in testing (UAT) and validate solutions meet business requirements
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in business analysis or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques (SWOT, gap analysis, process mapping)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
- Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or technology
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
