What You’ll Do & Learn

- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements

- Learn and apply key techniques such as stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys

- Map out business processes using BPMN or other visual modelling tools

- Creation of deliverables like Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

- Gain exposure to project lifecycles, predictive and agile frameworks

- Receive mentorship from experienced business analysts


Who You Are

- A recent graduate, career switcher, or early-career professional

- Studying or have completed a degree in business, data, IT, or a related field

- Curious about business systems, user needs, and process improvement

- Comfortable with basic documentation and communication tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Google Docs)

- Eager to learn, grow, and gain practical experience in a real-world environment
