What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable IT and product requirements
- Become a subject matter expert on technical processes and business applications
- Lead requirement gathering, testing/validation, and support technical fixes, enhancements, and new system implementations
- Analyze data trends and insights to drive informed business decisions
- Work alongside IT teams to implement solutions that align with strategic goals
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to executives and cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities for process optimization in supply chain management
- Define and document short- and long-term technical roadmaps
What You Bring:
- Exceptional communication skills—comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Supply chain/warehousing experience with a strong understanding of vendor-facing applications
- Hands-on expertise with AWS and other cloud platforms
- Experience working in Scrum environments and leading Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and writing SQL queries
- Previous exposure to AS400 systems (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of web development, APIs, and front-end requirements gathering
