We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and business process improvements across the organization. This role is ideal for early-career candidates who enjoy analyzing business needs, working with data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Support business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in translating business needs into functional requirements and documentation
- Analyze data to support business insights, reporting, and decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and analytics teams
- Support testing, validation, and rollout of new processes or systems
- Maintain documentation such as requirements, workflows, and process maps
Experience Level
- Entry-Level / Associate (0–2+ years)
- Internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework are welcome
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather and document clear, structured requirements
- Basic experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) is a plus
- Familiarity with business process modeling or documentation is a plus
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
