Role Summary
Upstaff Employment Services is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Business Intelligence to support the Provincial Clinical Information Solution Program. The successful candidate will support Business Intelligence initiatives related to the implementation and standardization of a provincial Clinical Information Solution.
The Business Analyst will work with clinical, technical, operational, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, define metrics, support reporting needs, and translate stakeholder input into clear business analysis deliverables.

M1 – Education and Professional Background
The candidate must have a university degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and demonstrated professional experience in healthcare or information systems.
