Role Summary
Design and evaluate complex, real-world workflows across visual, product, and creative domains to assess performance on advanced design tasks.
Deliverables
- Create end-to-end design workflows spanning brand, UX, and creative operations scenarios
- Develop tasks involving marketing assets, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and visual outputs
- Translate real-world design processes into structured evaluation scenarios
- Evaluate and grade outputs against defined design criteria
- Refine workflows to incorporate complexity, edge cases, and multi-step execution challenges
Requirements
- Proficiency in visual design, brand systems, product or UX design, or creative operations
- Ability to use tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent for wireframing and prototyping
- Experience working with design systems, components, and asset management workflows
- Ability to produce and interpret design artifacts including specs, wireframes, prototypes, and briefs
- Strong capability to evaluate design quality and articulate structured reasoning
