We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager who can bridge the gap between high-level sales and meticulous project execution. This is a "full-cycle" role: you won't just close the deal; you will own the client relationship, manage the project lifecycle, and grow the account through strategic upselling.
Responsibilities1. Business Development & Strategy- Lead Generation: Identify and engage high-growth potential clients within our core verticals.
- Consultative Selling: Craft bespoke UGC strategies and deliver persuasive pitches that address specific client pain points and performance goals.
- Closing: Navigate the sales funnel from cold outreach to signed contract.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire production workflow from the initial kickoff call to final asset delivery.
- Internal Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the client and our Creative/Production teams, ensuring briefs are clear and deadlines are met.
- Quality Control: Review deliverables to ensure they align with the brand’s identity and the campaign’s performance objectives before they reach the client.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as the main point of contact, building deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports to clients, proving the value of our UGC and suggesting optimizations.
- Retention & Loyalty: Proactively identify "at-risk" accounts and implement strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and renewal.
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to increase client spend by introducing new services, higher volumes, or cross-platform campaigns (e.g., expanding from TikTok to Meta/YouTube).
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of UGC trends to pitch innovative ideas that keep our clients' content fresh and high-performing.
- Experience: 4+ years in a dual Sales/Account Management role, specifically within Digital Marketing, UGC, or a Creative Agency.
- Full-Cycle Proficiency: Proven track record of not only hitting sales targets but also maintaining a high Client Retention Rate.
- Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing complex production timelines and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- The "Upsell" Mindset: A natural ability to spot growth opportunities within existing accounts and turn a one-off project into a long-term partnership.
- Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills; you must be able to explain complex performance metrics in a way that is easy to digest.
- Tech Stack: Mastery of CRMs and Project Management tools such as Monday.com
