Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Brand Partnerships Director. The individual will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic relationships with Western brands. Responsibilities include leading partnership negotiations, developing strategic plans, managing accounts, driving sales initiatives, fostering long-term collaborations, and eventually leading a team for Western brands. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Planning to conceptualize and execute impactful brand collaborations
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships
- Proven Sales expertise to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in influencer marketing, the creator economy, or within the technology industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
