The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Coordinator to support the growth and execution of brand partnerships across our digital channels.
This is an ideal role for someone with 2–3 years of agency, media, or brand-side experience who understands how partnerships come together from pitch to execution and wants to grow into a strategic partnerships leader over time.
You’ll help identify new brand opportunities, build custom pitches, manage outreach, and support campaign execution. You’ll also assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and ensuring campaigns run smoothly alongside our internal Content and Operations teams.
While Bucket Listers is a remote-first company, this role may require occasional travel for key events, openings, or partner meetings.
In this role, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Bucket Listers brand and what makes a strong brand fit for our audience.
- Support the creation and customization of pitch decks for prospective brand partners.
- Assist in sourcing new partners through outbound outreach and managing inbound inquiries.
- Help maintain an organized CRM pipeline, tracking outreach, meetings, and deal progression.
- Support negotiations and assist in structuring partnership proposals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners by supporting renewals, upsells, and new collaboration ideas.
- Assist in campaign reporting and recap materials for partners.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in an agency, media, influencer, experiential, or partnerships role.
- Exposure to brand partnerships, media sales, influencer campaigns, or experiential marketing.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable pitching ideas and contributing in client-facing conversations.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
