Mosaic Games is a growing game company focused on culturally-driven, family-friendly products. Its flagship product, Trini Dus Say, is a cultural board game celebrating the language, people, and traditions of Trinidad and Tobago. The company is preparing to launch a second edition and expansion pack as well as expand into additional game products over time.


Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Brand & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations. This role will manage production, marketing execution, inventory sell-through, and e-commerce operations while supporting the launch of the second edition and expansion pack. This person will help transition the business from founder-led to system-driven.


Type: Part-time contractor (remote)

Hours: 8–10 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP


Key Responsibilities:

1. Production & Manufacturing

- Coordinate with overseas manufacturer to finalize production timelines

- Track sampling, production milestones, and shipping

- Manage logistics and freight coordination


2. Inventory Sell-Through (Immediate Priority)

- Develop and execute plan to sell remaining inventory in U.S. and Trinidad

- Coordinate promotions and distributor sell-through strategies

- Launch campaigns to clear original edition inventory


3. E-Commerce Operations

- Manage website updates and product listings

- Support migration from GoDaddy to Shopify

- Manage promotions, discount codes, and sales tracking


4. Marketing Operations

- Manage marketing calendar and campaign execution

- Coordinate influencer and affiliate partnerships

- Support launch marketing for second edition and expansion


5. Logistics & Distribution

- Coordinate with Trinidad distributor and track inventory

- Support wholesale and retail expansion opportunities


Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years experience in operations, project management, or startup environments

- Strong organization and communication skills

- Experience coordinating vendors and managing timelines

- Ability to work independently and take ownership

- Familiarity with e-commerce (Shopify preferred)


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with consumer product brands

- Familiarity with Caribbean culture or diaspora markets

- Experience with Influencer or Affiliate marketing


First 90-Day Success Metrics:

- Sell through remaining inventory

- Finalize production schedule for second edition

- Build launch timeline and marketing calendar

- Implement basic operational systems (project management, tracking, reporting)
