Full-Time | Toronto (Hybrid)


437 is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction of the brand across campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling initiatives.


This role will focus on brand positioning, campaign development, and marketing leadership. The Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership and the broader marketing team to develop major campaigns, oversee brand initiatives, and ensure strong alignment across all marketing channels.


Responsibilities

Campaign & Go-To-Market Strategy

•Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for key product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments

•Develop the “big ideas” and strategic marketing initiatives that shape major brand moments (e.g. BFCM campaigns, product launches, ect)

•Translate these ideas into clear campaign frameworks and marketing plans across channels

•Work cross-functionally with creative, content, and growth teams to bring campaigns to life

•Ensure alignment across social, email, partnerships, paid media, and community initiatives


Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Help define and evolve the long-term brand strategy for 437

• Ensure consistency in brand voice, positioning, and storytelling across all channels

• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging market trends

• Identify opportunities for brand expansion and market growth


Marketing Leadership & Team Management

• Manage members of the marketing team and provide ongoing feedback and support

• Help establish clear processes and systems for campaign planning and execution

• Ensure alignment across creative, growth, and operations teams

• Support the development of a strong and collaborative marketing culture


Partnerships & Brand Initiatives

• Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships

• Lead large-scale brand initiatives such as anniversary programs, community activations, and instructor programs

• Oversee influencer and partnership strategy in collaboration with the broader team

• Ensure partnerships support long-term brand growth


Marketing Planning & Budget Oversight

• Manage the overall marketing calendar and campaign roadmap and project management tools

• Oversee marketing budgets and allocation across initiatives

• Ensure marketing resources are prioritized toward high-impact opportunities


Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in brand marketing, campaign strategy, or marketing leadership

• Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Strong strategic thinking and creative ideation abilities

• Experience managing a team

 • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and positioning

 • Self starter and thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment


Bonus if you have experience in fashion, activewear, or consumer brands.
