We’re launching two new consumer products and need designers who understand culture, aesthetics, and how to make products feel alive.
Both products start from the same observation: tech lacks taste and cultural awareness.
At Sophon, we believe taste is a moat. We’ve built our team accordingly and are looking to add two designers who see the world the same way.

What we're looking for
- you will work with our creative director, social lead, and video editor to develop visuals and brand systems. the CD sets the visual direction, you execute, evolve it, and push the brand forward as the products grow
- you'll primarily be designing brand visuals, guidelines, and campaign assets, storytelling formats and templates, social graphics, product explainers and visualizations, UI showcases & product moments, etc
- the core design challenges: 1) make an abstract product feel tangible. taste, cultural intelligence, AI - hard to visualize. you make it click, 2) make a financial product feel exciting without looking like a casino. premium without sterile, and fun without childish. you need range
- you have taste and it shows in your portfolio. matters more here than anywhere - core features of both products are taste & cultural understanding
- socially native. you know what gets attention on each platform and design for that. we produce content daily across socials, and the team needs a designer who gets it
- you don't need every detail spelled out. point you at an outcome and you'll design your way there
