A Brand Designer is responsible for shaping and maintaining a company’s visual identity across all touchpoints. This includes designing brand systems, marketing assets, and ensuring consistency in how the brand is perceived across digital and print platforms.

- Develop and maintain brand identity systems (logo usage, typography, color palettes, imagery style)
- Design marketing and communication materials such as social media creatives, ads, presentations, brochures, and website visuals
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Create brand guidelines and ensure adherence across teams and vendors
- Translate strategic brand concepts into visually compelling designs
- Work on campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials
- Stay updated with design trends and apply relevant visual innovations
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, and campaign design work
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or similar design software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visual systems
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments
- Motion design or basic animation skills
- Experience in UI/UX collaboration
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media design trends
