Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies for F&B concepts in line with business objectives.
- Oversee brand identity, positioning, and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Plan and execute social media, PR, and offline marketing campaigns to drive awareness and footfall.
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and design teams to align messaging and promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Manage content creation including photography, copywriting, and visual assets for promotional use.
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and media partners for brand collaborations and events.
- Track performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with brand guidelines and standards.
- Support new F&B concept launches and seasonal campaigns from planning to execution.
