Purpose

We're looking for a creative, brand-aware designer to help bring illuma's marketing to life through consistent, thoughtful, and on-brand visual design. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling creative — from social posts and sales materials (built in MS PowerPoint) to digital ads and brand assets.

This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary designer with a strong eye for layout, a feel for B2B audiences, and the ability to apply and evolve a visual identity system across multiple formats.

Requirements

Tools & skills:

  • Strong layout and visual storytelling skills, and strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and/or Figma
  • Ability to work with existing brand guidelines and assets, but propose creative executions
  • Experience designing for B2B audiences, preferably in adtech or tech
  • Bonus: light motion/animation skills or experience working with motion designers
