About the role


We are looking for a mid-level Brand & Digital Designer to join our growing, specialist real estate marketing agency, working with property developers, real estate agencies and advisory firms to deliver premium, commercially driven marketing - including project branding, sales collateral, digital platforms and investor campaigns.


This role is open to:


  • Remote candidates based in the UK, or


  • UAE-based candidates comfortable working in a remote or hybrid capacity.


We are not currently considering applicants outside of the UK or UAE.


You will be joining at a pivotal stage of growth for the agency in a highly hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional design quality at pace. From day one, you will be deeply involved in day-to-day execution while also contributing ideas, improvements and creative direction as the business scales.


Working closely with the owner and senior team, this position offers meaningful creative ownership, close collaboration with leadership, and a clear long-term pathway toward Creative Lead or Creative Director-level responsibility as the design function and wider agency continue to grow.


We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, comfortable receiving and applying feedback, and motivated by the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious, specialist real estate marketing agency.


Responsibilities


Real Estate Marketing & Brand Collateral


  • Design premium real estate marketing assets
  • Project brochures and sales presentations
  • White papers, location guides and investor materials
  • Pitch decks and branded documents
  • High-quality supporting campaign visuals
  • Ensure all outputs reflect the high-end, commercial positioning of developer and real estate clients, with exceptional attention to typography, layout, hierarchy and detail.


Organic Social Content


  • Design high-quality organic social media assets aligned with each client’s brand identity, tone and positioning.
  • Maintain strong visual consistency across content pillars, campaigns and recurring themes.
  • Produce content that is engaging, clear and appropriate for premium real estate audiences, balancing creativity and impact with professionalism.


Paid Advertising Creative (Commercial Performance Focus)


Paid advertising is a core commercial output of the agency and requires a higher level of strategic thinking than organic content. You will be expected to:


  • Design high-performing paid social and digital advertising creatives built to generate enquiries, leads and measurable results - not just visual appeal.
  • Apply direct-response design principles, including strong visual hierarchy, clear focal points and messaging, effective placement of hooks, headlines and calls-to-action, layouts optimised for platform performance and conversion.
  • Demonstrate awareness of platform-specific best practices (Meta, LinkedIn, display, etc.), including sizing, readability, motion/static balance and attention capture.
  • Work closely with copy, marketing and account teams to ensure alignment between message, audience, offer and visual execution.
  • Interpret the commercial intent behind each campaign and translate this into design that supports measurable marketing outcomes.


This role requires someone who understands that design is a revenue-driving tool, not purely an aesthetic exercise.


Digital & UX/UI Design


  • Design landing pages, websites and mobile layouts in Figma.
  • Produce clean, structured, developer-ready files with strong layout hierarchy and responsive thinking.
  • Apply sound UX/UI principles to user flow, readability and engagement.
  • Collaborate with developers and external UX resources where required.
  • Over time, help brief and guide additional design or UX support as the creative function expands.


Hands-On Delivery, Speed & Quality


  • Execute design work quickly, accurately and to a consistently high standard.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and fast-moving project requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail across typography, spacing, imagery and composition.
  • Respond positively and constructively to feedback, revisions and iteration.
  • Take ownership of final output quality across assigned projects.


Commercial Understanding of Messaging


  • Interpret copy, positioning and campaign objectives before beginning design work.
  • Ensure every visual asset clearly communicates the intended message, value proposition and audience relevance.
  • Use layout, typography and imagery to reinforce credibility, clarity and commercial intent, particularly for premium real estate audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging where improved visual execution could enhance performance.


Video & Motion Creative Oversight 

(Preferred, Not Essential)


Guild produces an increasing volume of video and motion content for real estate marketing, social media and paid advertising. While hands-on editing is not required, strong candidates may:


  • Contribute to the creative direction and planning of video content, including visual style, pacing and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Prepare clear briefs for videographers, editors or external production partners.
  • Review outputs and provide constructive feedback to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Support optimisation of video content for platform performance and lead generation.


This area is expected to grow over time and may form part of a future Creative Lead or Creative Director pathway.


Growth & Future Leadership


  • Contribute ideas to creative direction and campaign thinking.
  • Support the evolution of Guild’s internal brand and marketing presence.
  • Help shape future design processes, standards and team structure.
  • Progress toward a Creative Lead role as the agency scales.


Requirements


Experience


  • Approximately 3-6 years’ experience in brand, marketing or digital design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brochure/editorial design, marketing collateral, digital and UX layouts
  • Experience in real estate, property or luxury brands is highly desirable.


Skills


  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and UX/UI fundamentals.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and across multiple projects.


Communication


  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential.
  • Ability to clearly understand briefs, feedback and strategic discussions delivered in English.
  • Confidence presenting ideas, asking clarifying questions and responding constructively within English-speaking team and client environments.
