Head of Netherlands Operations / Branch Manager – Netherlands
We are expanding our operations and are looking for an LSA & FFE–approved technician interested in a long-term collaboration and ready to take on a combined role as Head of Netherlands Operations and Branch Manager for the Netherlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial technician who wants to grow together with an international marine safety organization and take full responsibility for developing and managing our Dutch branch.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as Branch Manager for the Netherlands, with overall responsibility for local operations
• Develop, manage, and grow our operations in the Dutch market
• Perform and coordinate LSA & FFE inspections and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities, and partners
• Ensure compliance with flag state and classification society requirements
• Support commercial and operational growth in the region
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Is certified/approved for LSA and FFE inspections
• Has solid experience in marine safety and service operations
• Has strong leadership, technical, and customer-facing skills
• Is motivated by long-term cooperation and business development
• Is based in the Netherlands or able to operate there
