About the Role
We are seeking a local representative (Director) to lead our new financial services entity (registered
as SRO) in Switzerland.
As the entity currently is going through approval procedures, this would be a part-time job which
you can combine with others of your own subject to NDA and non-competition.
You must reside in Switzerland and have a Swiss passport, or a relevant residence permit in
Switzerland allowing you to work, for example, “Aufenthaltstitel permesso di soggiorno”. Utility bill
and a proof of your residence will be required.
Requirements
- Higher education
- 5+ years of experience in a leading role in business, economics, finance or legal
- Common knowledge of Fintech, and in particular, e-commerce, crypto and payments
industry
- Availability to reside and work in Switzerland
- Fluency in English (French, German or Russian language is an advantage)
- Experience working with SRO would be considered as a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Sign contracts, agreements and other paperwork on behalf of the company
- Follow the regulation and news in respect to SRO activities and make sure the company stays
compliant
- Represent our company before partners and clients
- To contact and communicate with VQF, FINMA and other authorities, including tax etc
- To contact and communicate with banks and other vendors
- To always be in contact with accountants and auditors to ensure company is in good standing
- Attract new clients and ensure good communication with existing clients
- To always be in contact with Riga office and ensure effective and swift communication
solving all operational questions in respect to Swiss office
