We are seeking a detail‑oriented Benefits Specialist to provide back‑end administrative support within a Leave Administration team. This role focuses on processing and managing statutory leave and accommodation workflows and is ideal for an entry‑level to early‑career HR or benefits professional who excels in accuracy, consistency, and system navigation.
This is not a customer‑facing or case‑management role. The position is primarily administrative and systems‑focused, supporting internal teams through timely and compliant leave processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for employee leave and accommodation requests
- Process state and statutory leave programs (e.g., paid family and medical leave programs)
- Update and maintain leave status in multiple HR and timekeeping systems
- Move employees on and off leave accurately within systems
- Complete and submit required state and compliance paperwork
- Support payroll processing, including historical pay lookbacks (up to 5 years)
- Manage and monitor shared email inboxes
- Send policy‑related communications via email
- Perform high‑volume data entry and system updates with strong attention to detail

Required Qualifications
