Job Description

WorldStrides is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator with a strong focus on excellence and continuous improvement, who takes pride in delivering an exceptional team member experience. This role supports the administration of team member benefits, including health, dental, vision, supplemental plans, retirement, wellness programs, and leave management. oriented Benefits Coordinator to support the administration of team member benefits, including health, dental, vision, supplemental plans, retirement, wellness programs, and leave management. This role provides day-to-day service to team members, ensuring accurate enrollments, strong customer support, and compliance with regulations.

The Benefits Coordinator provides high-touch, day-to-day support to team members, ensuring accurate enrollments, timely issue resolution, and clear guidance, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, communication, and service delivery. This role partners closely with HR and external vendors to maintain compliance and elevate how benefits are experienced across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Support open enrollment, new hire benefits orientations, and benefits self-service processes.
  • Process benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, and COBRA events.
  • Maintain accurate benefits data, documentation, and payroll deduction updates.
  • Assist team members with benefits questions, claims, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with third party administrators on disability and leave cases.
  • Conduct benefits audits and support compliance reporting.
  • Contribute to communications and support wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of benefits administration experience required, payroll experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/benefits platforms.
  • Comfort working in an AI driven, technology enhanced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or collaboratively.
