Responsibilities
- Process employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately
- Respond to employee inquiries related to health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Maintain up-to-date employee benefits records in the HR and benefits systems
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefits vendors on plan administration
- Prepare benefits-related reports and support open enrollment activities
- Ensure all benefits administration complies with ERISA and applicable regulations
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling confidential employee health and financial information
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
- No prior benefits administration experience required — training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
