Salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Description
We are looking for a Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. This role involves access to employee personal, health, and financial data. A background check and credit screening are required for all benefits administration positions.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Maintain up-to-date employee benefits records in the HR and benefits systems
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefits vendors on plan administration
  • Prepare benefits-related reports and support open enrollment activities
  • Ensure all benefits administration complies with ERISA and applicable regulations



Requirements

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential employee health and financial information
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
  • No prior benefits administration experience required — training provided
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
