About the Role


Beauty Sales Specialist (Global Market)


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's luxury cosmetics, fragrances, and K-beauty products in the global market, develop new customers (distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, etc.), and complete the set sales targets.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, understand customer needs, provide professional product consultation and after-sales service, and improve customer loyalty and repeat purchase rate.
  • Formulate targeted sales strategies according to the characteristics of different regional markets (such as Europe, America, the Middle East), and carry out sales activities such as product promotion and brand promotion.
  • Track sales data, analyze market feedback and customer needs, put forward product optimization and sales strategy adjustment suggestions, and assist the team in improving sales performance.
  • Cooperate with the marketing department to complete brand promotion activities, participate in international beauty exhibitions and industry exchanges, and expand brand influence.



Qualifications


  • More than 2 years of sales experience in a beauty trade company, with experience in luxury cosmetics, fragrances or K-beauty product sales, and familiar with the global beauty sales market and channel operation mode.
  • Have rich industry customer resources, including distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms and other resources in the beauty industry, and have the ability to independently develop and operate customer resources.



Required Skills


  • Result-oriented, strong sales awareness and goal-oriented, with excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, able to work independently and complete work tasks, and willing to accept short-term business trips.
  • Familiar with cross-border trade sales processes and related policies, with a global vision and market development awareness, and able to adapt to short-term business trips (if needed for remote work).
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), and proficiency in other languages (such as German, French, Korean) is a plus; have certain experience in using sales management tools is preferred.
