We are seeking exceptional engineers to join Keepsafe and help define the future of consumer privacy mobile products. As an engineer at Keepsafe, you will serve millions of users who rely on our apps daily to safeguard their personal data. This role offers substantial responsibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's growth and innovation. You will work autonomously, taking ownership of significant portions of our codebase, designing scalable infrastructure, and solving complex security challenges. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to develop features that prioritize user privacy and security, ensuring seamless and secure experiences. Our engineering team is at the forefront of security, encryption, key management, data transcoding, cloud synchronization, and analytics development. Your contributions will help shape the core technologies that enable our products to stay ahead in the privacy space.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in mobile app development, particularly with Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift 5)
- Strong understanding of security principles, encryption, and data privacy
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, DynamoDB, and Postgres
- Familiarity with backend development and API design
- Experience with open-source projects and contributions is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Design, develop, and maintain secure mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
- Implement robust encryption and key management solutions to ensure user privacy
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive and secure user experiences
- Develop and optimize core infrastructure components to support app scalability and performance
- Contribute to open-source projects and maintain high-quality code standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure reliability and security
- Stay updated with the latest security practices and integrate them into product development
- Assist in developing backend services and APIs to support mobile app features
- Work proactively to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities and performance issues
