We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards at Rosy Finch Method & Co. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Cordoba, Argentina Metropolitan Area. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks, managing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, conducting detailed analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold company standards.
- Strong foundation in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management principles
- Proficient Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making
- Background in Food Science or a related field, ensuring expertise in product safety and quality
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to implement and maintain quality systems in alignment with industry requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Quality Management, Food Science, or similar
- Experience in a consulting or fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
