🚀 About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Back-End Developer to build and scale the systems that power our products. In this fully remote role, you’ll design and develop reliable APIs, manage data systems, and ensure high performance across backend services.
You’ll collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient solutions.
🎯 What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs
- Build scalable and high-performance system architectures
- Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Optimize database queries and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs
- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering practices
- Implement security and data protection best practices
- Monitor system performance and reliability
- 2–5 years of experience in back-end development or software engineering
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of authentication and security (OAuth, JWT)
- Experience with testing frameworks and automation
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience in SaaS or high-scale systems
