The Role
The Company looking for a young, dynamic sales-driven B2B professional to lead its expansion across the DACH region. You’ll be responsible for identifying B2B opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and generating revenue through enterprise gifting, seasonal partnerships, and high-volume custom orders. You’ll be replacing the founder in the sales role and will have full autonomy to grow the market while contributing to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role
The Company looking for a young, dynamic sales-driven B2B professional to lead its expansion across the DACH region. You’ll be responsible for identifying B2B opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and generating revenue through enterprise gifting, seasonal partnerships, and high-volume custom orders. You’ll be replacing the founder in the sales role and will have full autonomy to grow the market while contributing to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own pipeline of B2B leads (corporates, retailers, event organizers, distributors).
- Run outbound sales campaigns and convert inbound leads through Hubspot CRM.
- Lead negotiations, structure deals, and close sales with mid-size and large clients.
- Establish long-term relationships with corporate clients for recurring seasonal and event gifting.
- Represent the brand in German-speaking regions and ensure cultural and linguistic alignment with clients.
- Collaborate with the founder and creative team to maintain consistency in branding and offers.
- Native German speaker, with fluent French and/or English
- Based in Switzerland
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales and account management experience
- Proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, preferably food & beverages (mandatory)
- Proven Results at scaling scales
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Hubspot CRM
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
- Able to start latest September 1st (preferably earlier)
- Full-time employment contract with all legal obligations.
- Base salary + uncapped commission (high earning potential).
- 5 weeks vacation (6 for top performers).
