Sales Manager - Maritime Solutions (B2B)

EVI, a leading provider of innovative maritime solutions, is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales efforts. In this results-oriented role, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge and relationship network to drive significant revenue growth and expand our market share.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on the B2B maritime sector.
- Identify and target high-value clients within the maritime industry, leveraging your extensive network.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at shipping companies, ports, and maritime organizations.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, exceeding assigned quotas.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives (optional).
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Travel domestically and potentially internationally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience within the maritime industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Extensive network of contacts within the maritime sector, including shipping companies, ports, and maritime organizations.
- Strong understanding of the maritime industry and its current challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with key decision-makers at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
