B2B Key Account Manager – German-speaking Switzerland

For one of our clients, a Swiss company recognized for the quality of its products and its creative working environment, we are looking for a B2B Key Account Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts
  • Achieve defined sales and revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects
  • Contribute to prospecting, retention and business development strategies
  • Ensure the follow-up of client projects in coordination with internal teams
  • Monitor commercial KPIs and B2B acquisition through LinkedIn, Meta and Google
  • Attend trade fairs, professional events and client meetings

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in key account management and B2B business development
  • Ideally experienced within FMCG, luxury, hospitality or a premium environment
  • Native or equivalent level in German or Swiss German
  • Fluent English and French is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Autonomous, well-organized and team-oriented
