B2B Business development Manager-VAR

Our client, a key player in the network products and solutions market, is seeking a B2B Business Development Manager to join the Channels Team. The role will focus on driving growth by developing partnerships and end-customer relationships, with a dedicated emphasis on expanding business in Sweden.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow existing partners, VAR, SI, MSP, Installer and key accounts in the Swedish market, across enterprise networking and electrical channels.
  • Collaborate with VADs and the internal sales team to develop new partners and key accounts
  • Coordinate industry events in partnership with the Marketing team to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify market trends and inform strategic planning.


Qualifications


  • You have at least 5 years of experience in account management within enterprise networking solutions or electrical products, ideally gained from a vendor or VAD.
  • Experience from vertical markets: hospitality, education, and multi-dwelling units (MDU) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset, consistently approaching complex challenges with depth and creativity. Able to develop and propose innovative solutions that deliver real impact.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to catch the points in a fast-paced environment.
