Position: Freelance Mechanic – Automotive Parts & Equipment Inspector
Location: Czechia
Job Function
Technical inspection, verification, and quality assurance of automotive parts, vehicles, and mechanical equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect automotive parts, components, and equipment to ensure they meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Examine items at ports, warehouses, or client facilities, verifying correct labeling and documentation according to contractual terms.
- Identify mechanical defects or non-conformities and report findings directly to the Technical Operation Manager.
- Ensure all inspected products comply with provided standards and technical specifications.
- Conduct random checks and sampling procedures per contract conditions.
- Verify laboratories or testing facilities when diagnostic tests are performed, ensuring accurate sample handling.
- Provide the final evaluation of each shipment or batch based on diagnostic or lab results.
- Prepare and send all inspection reports and related documents to the Technical Operation Manager.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and condition before shipment according to standard specifications.
- Perform mandatory pre-shipment inspections to ensure compliance with required certifications.
- Check packaging materials and ensure proper labeling for safe transportation of automotive parts.

Work Environment
- Freelance / On-demand work
- Daily inspection rate: $200
- All transportation expenses and Hotel accommodations covered by the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a mechanic, automotive inspector, or technical evaluator.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
