The Mandate
- Source: Identify and qualify sophisticated allocators with a minimum commitment of $10,000.
- Introduce: Facilitate the bridge between the allocator and Xenith’s technical onboarding team.
- Maintain: Act as the primary relationship point for your introduced network, supported by our real-time reporting.
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-driven partnership mandate offering a tiered revenue-share model:
- Success Fee: A fixed retention bonus per account, payable following a 90-day deployment hurdle.
- Performance Share: A recurring monthly revenue share of 15% of gross performance fees generated by your introduced AUM.
