Position: Audio Transcription Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $10 - $20/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Transcribe complex audio files into accurate written formats following project guidelines.
- Handle multilingual transcription across various accents, dialects, and subject areas.
- Review and proofread transcripts to ensure accuracy, grammar, and contextual correctness.
- Maintain strict data confidentiality and security standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality across outputs.
- Utilize transcription tools and AI technologies to enhance productivity.
- Provide feedback on audio quality and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in audio transcription, including multi-speaker and complex recordings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
- Familiarity with AI transcription tools or speech data processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information.
