Requirements
- NY or NJ bar admission (or eligibility)
- 1 – 3 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in defending negligence, tort, and liability claims from investigation through resolution
- Draft motions, discovery responses, and briefs for state and federal courts
- Participate in depositions and witness preparation in high-exposure cases
- Support mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations for optimal client outcomes
- Collaborate with experienced partners on trial strategy and client counseling
