Job Responsibilities And Skills
- Research and Insight Development: Researching and analyzing relevant industry problems/trends/challenges/unmet needs and building key insights and recommendations, using structured frameworks to inform the client solution and project strategy
- Deliverable Creation: Leads the creation of comprehensive project deliverables through collaboratively storyboarding materials and developing presentation material
- Project Facilitation: Proactively executes project activities to move the project forward. Prepares materials and helps execute working sessions (ie Interviews, workshops, presentations, client meetings)
- Client Relations: Supports development and active management of day-to-day project stakeholders
- Internal Efforts: Contribute to company-wide initiatives, process and capability development efforts, and/or internal culture building initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA, MPH, MHA) in a discipline related to business, engineering, technology, and/or healthcare, or equivalent practical experience preferred
- A track record of success on consulting projects focused on innovation and future of health strategies to healthcare systems, life science companies, payers, med device companies, and/or technology companies.
- You demonstrate intellectual curiosity, are results-oriented, and approach tasks with a sense of urgency, creativity, and flexibility
- You apply critical thinking and analytical skills; you can break down complex problems into component parts, perform research, structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and present viable solutions with support
- You like managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines, are efficient with your time, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a team to meet clients’ needs
- You have professional competence in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and are a quick learner of new software
- You are willing to travel as needed (anticipated up to 15%)
