What You’ll Do

  • Create clear, structured PRDs, feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Notion/Linear.
  • Maintain and organize product documentation and decision records across tools.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined requirements with rationale and tradeoffs.
  • Sequence roadmap work based on impact, complexity, and dependencies; support sprint planning.
  • Partner with senior PMs and leadership to run lightweight prioritization and planning processes.
  • Hold engineering to a high standard of functional, visual, and experiential quality.
  • Review builds before release and validate functionality against requirements.
  • Coordinate QA efforts, run checklists, and track defect resolution.
  • Use SQL and BI tools to analyze product performance and user behavior; track adoption, retention, and quality metrics.
  • Synthesize insights from analytics, user feedback, and coach (customer) conversations.
  • Support discovery work: conduct light user interviews, research, and competitive scans.
  • Communicate status and drive alignment across engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of product management or product-adjacent experience (associate PM, product ops, business ops, data/analytics).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing and documentation skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce crisp specs and PRDs.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Comfort with data: SQL basics, dashboards, and analytical thinking.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and basic technical literacy (APIs, architecture concepts).
  • Clear communicator who builds trust across functions.
  • High personal bar for product quality, polish, and user experience.
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Linear, Figma (or similar) is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Prior experience in consumer apps, wellness, fitness, or creator/creator-economy products.
  • Startup experience (rapid iteration, small cross-functional teams).
  • Light design literacy (Figma) or deeper technical literacy (APIs, system architecture).
  • Experience coordinating QA, test plans, or release processes.

Location & Compensation

  • Remote — candidates based in the US, Canada, or Western Europe preferred; must be open to significant overlap with US Pacific Time working hours.
  • Salary range: $80,000 — $120,000 USD per year plus equity. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and applicable local laws.
