You’ll support engineering, design, and operations by driving prioritization, writing clear product specs, and ensuring high product quality. This role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone organized, analytical, and comfortable shipping product in a fast-moving environment.
- Create clear, structured PRDs, feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Notion/Linear.
- Maintain and organize product documentation and decision records across tools.
- Translate business needs into well-defined requirements with rationale and tradeoffs.
- Sequence roadmap work based on impact, complexity, and dependencies; support sprint planning.
- Partner with senior PMs and leadership to run lightweight prioritization and planning processes.
- Hold engineering to a high standard of functional, visual, and experiential quality.
- Review builds before release and validate functionality against requirements.
- Coordinate QA efforts, run checklists, and track defect resolution.
- Use SQL and BI tools to analyze product performance and user behavior; track adoption, retention, and quality metrics.
- Synthesize insights from analytics, user feedback, and coach (customer) conversations.
- Support discovery work: conduct light user interviews, research, and competitive scans.
- Communicate status and drive alignment across engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams.
- 1–3 years of product management or product-adjacent experience (associate PM, product ops, business ops, data/analytics).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong writing and documentation skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce crisp specs and PRDs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfort with data: SQL basics, dashboards, and analytical thinking.
- Experience working with engineering teams and basic technical literacy (APIs, architecture concepts).
- Clear communicator who builds trust across functions.
- High personal bar for product quality, polish, and user experience.
- Experience with tools like Notion, Linear, Figma (or similar) is a plus.
- Prior experience in consumer apps, wellness, fitness, or creator/creator-economy products.
- Startup experience (rapid iteration, small cross-functional teams).
- Light design literacy (Figma) or deeper technical literacy (APIs, system architecture).
- Experience coordinating QA, test plans, or release processes.
- Remote — candidates based in the US, Canada, or Western Europe preferred; must be open to significant overlap with US Pacific Time working hours.
- Salary range: $80,000 — $120,000 USD per year plus equity. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and applicable local laws.
