Role Overview
The Associate Manager plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of experiential programs. This role bridges day-to-day project management with client communication, internal coordination, and hands-on execution, ensuring that work meets agency standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Client Management:
· Support the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of experiential marketing programs.
· Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients; manage smaller projects independently and assist with larger programs.
· Develop project timelines, deliverable trackers, status reports, and meeting agendas.
· Ensure client communications are clear, timely, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Project & Client Management:
· Support the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of experiential marketing programs.

Cross Functional Coordination:
· Partner with creative, strategy, production, operations, and finance teams to ensure project alignment.
· Manage internal workflows, review deliverables, and ensure all work meets agency and client standards.
· Assist with vendor sourcing, negotiations, and onboarding.
On-Site Execution:
· Support onsite event execution including load-in, load-out, staffing, vendor oversight, and client support.
· Uphold brand guidelines and quality control throughout the activation.
Financial Management:
· Assist in building estimates, SOWs, and budget reconciliations.
· Track expenses, ensure financial accuracy, and flag budget risks proactively.
Process and Operational Support:
· Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the business unit.
Maintain documentation, project archives, and post-event reporting
Qualifications
· 2–4 years of experience in experiential marketing, events, project management, agency account management, or related field.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
· Comfortable working onsite during events, sometimes requiring travel or nontraditional hours · Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or project management tools.
